Grégory has given his menu a face-lift, offering simpler cuisine in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere.

The chef wants to delight diners with a new, first-class cuisine simply inspired by a selection of the best local ingredients, such as home-made foie gras from the Morille farm with toasted fruit bread, head of veal with sauce Gribiche, slow-cooked pork with Mr Gousseau’s roast vegetables, La Rochelle hake and gambas fish stew with Vendée beans, steak tartare prepared at the table, with extra large French fries, Cognac baba with cream, and nougat ice-cream with candied fruit and Kirsch, served with a red fruit coulis...

The restaurant "L'Entracte" is open all year round.
Lunch is served from noon to 2 pm and dinner from 7.15  to 10 pm (excepted on friday and saturday to 10.30 pm).
